PulsGPT Affiliate Program Terms and Conditions

Standard Commission Rate: The standard affiliate commission is 26% recurring for the first 12 months of each referred customer's subscription.

Founding Partner Promotion: As a special introductory offer, the first 21 approved affiliates to join the Program will receive an elevated Founding Partner rate of 35% recurring commission for 12 months. Once the 21 spots are filled, all subsequent approved affiliates will automatically be subject to the Standard Commission Rate.

Payment Processor (MoR): All tracking, revenue splitting, and payouts are securely managed by our Merchant of Record, Creem.

Third-Party Terms: By participating in this Program and receiving payouts, you must create an account with Creem and are strictly bound by Creem’s Terms of Service. PulsGPT does not hold, manage, or process affiliate funds manually, and is not liable for any payout delays, account suspensions, or compliance actions taken by Creem under their terms.

Cookie Window: We use a 60-day cookie for attribution. To qualify for a commission, the referred customer must subscribe within 60 days of clicking your unique affiliate link.

Attribution Model: Commissions are attributed to the last affiliate link clicked before the user's initial registration or purchase.

If a referred customer requests a refund or initiates a chargeback for a payment that generated a commission, that specific commission will be voided.

If the commission has already been paid out to your balance, the voided amount will be deducted from your future affiliate earnings.

To maintain the integrity of the PulsGPT brand, affiliates must adhere to the following rules. Violation of these rules may result in immediate termination from the Program and forfeiture of pending commissions.

No Self-Dealing: You may not use your own affiliate link to purchase a PulsGPT subscription for yourself, your own business, or your immediate family members.

No Brand Bidding: You may not run pay-per-click (PPC) or search engine ads (for example, Google Ads) bidding on branded keywords such as PulsGPT, Puls GPT, or any misspellings thereof.

No Spam: You must strictly follow anti-spam laws (for example, CAN-SPAM and GDPR). Promotion via unsolicited email blasts, direct message spam, or intrusive forum posting is strictly prohibited. Consent-based email marketing to your own list is welcome.

No Misrepresentation: You must not misrepresent yourself as an employee, founder, or official support channel of PulsGPT. You are acting as an independent affiliate.

Approval: Application to the Program does not guarantee acceptance. PulsGPT reserves the right to review and approve or reject any affiliate application based on audience fit, promotion channels, and overall alignment with our brand.

Termination: PulsGPT reserves the right to terminate your participation in the Program at any time, for any reason, including but not limited to violations of these Terms. Upon termination, you must remove all affiliate links and promotional materials related to PulsGPT from your channels.

PulsGPT reserves the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. We will notify active affiliates of any significant changes via email. Continued participation in the Program after modifications implies acceptance of the new Terms.
